Our Policy
Off Road Adventure Trip Booking Conditions
On our off road adventure trips the locations will be in remote areas. The events that may occur in these places are less predictable, the
unexpected being the norm. Despite painstaking planning, some events cannot be
anticipated and there will be some element of risk-taking as we are dealing with
natural and other elements. Most of the areas we visit do not have the same quality of
emergency, health and safety services that you may be accustomed to owing to the
lack of communications. Off Road travel may be uncomfortable and sometimes
unreliable. This means that the itineraries planned should be seen as statements
of intent, rather than
contractual obligations. Weather, transport difficulties and political
instability might dictate that the itineraries be amended. The Tour leader will
make changes which are necessary consulting the participants where possible or
appropriate. However the Company will do everything within our control to
minimise the effects of the enforced changes. The Company cannot however be held
responsible for the results of changes or delays, regardless of how they are
caused. Participants are to be physically fit, properly attired and aware of the
risk while on adventure trips .
Visiting some of the more remote areas of our countryside may limit some food
options so please make any concerns known to us when booking so we can answer
any questions and make trip amendments if necessary.
All activities and itineraries are subject to change due to local weather and
road conditions. In this event we will endeavour to amend the program as
necessary with the intention of providing the best experience possible under the
conditions at hand.
It is advised that all clients carry suitable travel insurance.
All tour participants must follow the guide’s instruction with regards to
safety, respect of local people, and the environment.
Liability and Safety for self drive and ride
We make every effort to provide you with a safe, fun, and exciting trip. It is
important that you assume the responsibility for many decisions affecting your
safety during the tour. We also recommend that you carry your own travel insurance.
We do not assume liability for your personal injury or death, and you’ll be
liable for vehicle damage and/or injury that you cause to other individuals or
property. You must sign a Waiver of Liability form and go at your own risk.
Wear and tear on vehicles is to be expected, but we do
expect that all our clients respect our vehicles and follow instructions given
by our employees.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for unsafe
behaviour or vehicle operation that endangers you, other people or property. It
will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Vehicle Rental Terms & Conditions
All drivers are to be a minimum of 18 yrs of age and carry an
International Drivers License
All drivers are to treat vehicles with due care
Each vehicles occupant must have read and understood the terms and conditions
presented above.
Please fill and sign all applicable forms at our office before the tour starts. (Drivers and
Passengers)
